Refund and transfer policy
Plain rules for ticket refunds and transfers. Specific seminar pages may carry tighter terms; where they differ from this page, the seminar page applies.
Seminar tickets
Please note our cancellation policy. As soon as payment has been received, registration is considered confirmed. If you need to cancel, please email events@eastangliasystema.com in writing by 31 August 2026, including your full name and registration details, and we will refund your payment less a £50 administration fee to cover processing costs. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation request. Cancellations after 31 August 2026 forfeit the full amount paid. Participants who are absent on the day also forfeit the full amount paid. You may transfer your place to another person who meets the eligibility requirements for this event at any time by emailing us with their details.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a seminar for reasons within our control, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next equivalent seminar. If a seminar is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our control (for example, force majeure, illness of the visiting instructor, or government restrictions on indoor gatherings), we will offer a transfer to a rescheduled date wherever possible, and a refund where transfer is not.
Class fees
Weekly class fees are paid in cash to Gareth at class and are not refundable once paid for the month. If you cannot attend a particular class, the missed session can be made up at another class in the same calendar month.
How to request a refund
Email events@eastangliasystema.com with your order reference and reason. Refunds are processed within 14 days of acknowledgement and returned to the original payment method.
